Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent.

What we process

• When you visit the site: our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure (data centre in the EU), records technical data such as IP address, browser and time in server logs to deliver the site securely. We do not use them to identify you.
• When you write to us: your name, your email address and what you write. We use it only to reply and to continue any conversation about working together. Our email is handled by Google Workspace.

Legal basis

Our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and, where relevant, entering into a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact. Data that becomes part of a client relationship is kept as long as Danish bookkeeping law requires.

Processors

Microsoft (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS) and Google (email). They process data only on our instructions and under EU rules, including for any transfers outside the EU/EEA.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability, and you can object. Write to harry@harryconsulting.dk. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, datatilsynet.dk.
